Underground Hazards: We do not accept liability for damage to underground pipes, cables, or other structures that are not disclosed to us prior to commencement of work. It is the responsibility of the property owner to inform us of any underground hazards, including but not limited to pipes, cables, irrigation systems, or septic tanks.

Depth of Grinding: While our stump grinding equipment is designed to remove stumps and roots effectively, we typically operate at a depth that does not exceed Australian standards for underground pipes. However, it is important to note that we do not have the ability to scan underground and cannot guarantee the absence of pipes or other structures at shallower depths.

Liability: In the event that damage occurs to underground pipes or other structures during the stump grinding process, Stump Removal Geelong its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the presence of underground hazards not disclosed to us prior to commencement of work.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
